Southern Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 3lb Shingle Creek Cattle Co. Beef roast
  • ¾ cup peppercini juice
  • 1 (1oz) packet of dry ranch dressing
  • 1 (1oz) packet of AuJus
  • 1 stick butter
  • 6 Peppercini’s from Jar

Directions

  1. Place roast in crock pot, sprinkle dry ingredients over roast, pour juice into bottom and spread peppers around. Place butter on top.
  2. Put crock pot on low for 8-9 hours. Roast is done when it falls apart.
