Slow Cooker Butter Garlic Beef Bites

Ingredients

  • 2lbs Shingle Creek Cattle Stew Meat or Cut up Steak
  • 1.5lbs baby Youkon Gold potatoes
  • 1 T Onion Powder
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 2 T Seasoning Salt
  • 1 T garlic, chopped
  • 5 T butter, but into 1T pads

Directions

  1. Cut steak into cubed sections, place on one half of the slow cooker and put the potatoes on the other half.
  2. Evenly season everything with onion powder, garlic powder & seasoned salt.
  3. Mix the beef around to make sure all the beef is seasoned.
  4. Sprinkle chopped garlic over top and place butter pads over beef and potaotes.
  5. Cook on low for 6 Hours until beef is tender. Spoon sauce on bottom of slow cooker over top when served.
  6. Enjoy!
