Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1lb Shingle Creek Cattle Co Ground Beef
  • 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 T Ketchup
  • 1 t Dried Minced Onion
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 4 Large Tortillas
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato Slices
  • Sliced Red Onion

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef on medium until browned.
  2. In the same pan add Worcestershire Sauce, Ketchup, Minced Onion, Salt & Pepper.
  3. Reduce heat to low and let mixture cook thoroughly, about 5 min.
  4. Divide beef mixture evenly among tortillas, add cheese & tomatoes, roll up burrito style.
  5. Place wraps onto grill for about 3 to 5 min. Carefully remove from grill, add lettuce & red onion. Re-roll wraps and enjoy!
