Posted in Recipes Crock Pot Cheeseburger SoupPosted on October 8, 2023October 8, 2023by Erin Gudknecht Ingredients 1lb Shingle Creek Cattle Co Ground Beef 4 small potatoes, diced 1 small onion, chopped 1 Cup shredded/diced carrots 1/2 Cup diced celery 1 t dried basil 1 t dried parsley 3 Cup chicken broth 3 T butter 2 T flour 2 Cups milk 16oz Velveeta or 2 cups shredded cheese salt & pepper to taste Directions Combine potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, basil & parsley in a crock pot. Pour chicken broth over mixtures, cover with lid and cook on high for 4 hours. About 45 min before serving cook ground beef on medium until browned. Add to crock pot. In a pan melt the butter and whisk the flour into the melted butter. Cook until golden brown (approx. 1 min). Whisk in milk, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into crock pot and add cheese. Stir everything together in crock pot cover and cook for 45 more min. Serve and Enjoy! Share this post
